Erskine recently commissioned Decaid to carry out a donor analysis report as we have been running a donor acquisition programme over the last two years.  We were keen to have some external consultation for a number of reasons:

• To ensure that our internal direct debit processes were robust
• To compare the various acquisition campaigns performance against each other
• To benchmark our results to ensure we were comparable with other UK charities
• To monitor our attrition prevention programme

Decaid clearly understood our requirements and provided clear templates for sending the data for analysis. The final report was very comprehensive and had been analysed in great detail. It was presented to us with back up documentation and on a memory stick.

Decaid were able to spot a small number of data issues and provide recommendations.  They were also able to identify a gap in our attrition prevention programme and enabled us to address this immediately.  Our results were very positive and reassuring that our processes were working well and provided evidence to support future development.
