My experience of working on both the charity and the agency side helps me to understand the issues that both have and makes it easier to deliver solutions that will work for my clients and their donors.

I started my charity career in Help the Aged in 1995 and then moved to Quarriers in 2000 where I was Head of Individual Giving for 11 years. I spent some time as Account Director in Future Fundraising and from there began Decaid Consulting with Rupert to use the skills and our database to give charities better insight into their data and their donors.

I love spending time with my granddaughters and spinning about the floor with them pretending to be Angelina Ballerina.
